You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for all shipping charges, both the original charges, we do not charge you extra, but we pay those charges, a receipt will be provided and the amount deducted from refund, the return charges and a 25% restocking fee. A tracking number for returned items is also required. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of OUR error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Custom/Personalized items may not be returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world for jewelry items. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Furniture items are only deliverable within the 48 continental United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. We ship primarily thru Fed Ex as they are now the most cost effective shipper for furniture items and USPS for jewelry and smaller items.
We do not charge extra for shipping, however we do pay a very high shipping cost thru every carrier and those cost continue to go up, when a refund is request, it will be minus all shipping charges.
