This site is an online gift shop that allows purchases to be made. All items are handcrafted and many are made to order. It is understood by all parties that shipping ETA can be weeks out, depending on which item is ordered and to complete any sale with our company you must accept that you agree that you understand that policy due to the handmade nature of them items. You must click the box at checkout that you accept these terms to complete checkout. Custom orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours and cannot be returned.
